Maintenance Cleaning Checklist
A general cleaning is a once over of everything! It is not as thorough as an initial cleaning. It may be all that the home being cleaned needs based on the rate of dirty! We cannot guarantee the time provided is enough to give certain portions of the home the depth of cleaning it may need. BUT with a general cleaning + consistent maintenance cleanings, we will get it there over time!
Bathrooms
- Clean mirrors (streak-free)
- Dry dust all reachable light fixtures
- Spot clean cabinet fronts
- Scrub shower & tub
- Clean counters
- Clean sinks & polish fixtures
- Disinfect toilet & toilet area (including base of toilet)
- Vacuum bathroom rugs
- Remove trash, replace bags
- Vacuum & mop bathroom floor
Kitchen
- Spot clean all cabinet exteriors
- Dry dust all reachable light fixtures
- Clean microwave (inside & out)
- Wipe countertops
- Dry dust / spot clean small appliances & other items on counter tops (picking up all items on the counter & cleaning
- under them)
- Clean & polish oven exterior
- Clean & polish refrigerator exterior
- Clean & polish stove top
- Clean hood vent
- Clean sink & polish faucets
- Remove trash, replace bag
- Vacuum & mop kitchen floor
All Rooms
- Remove cobwebs
- Dry dust all reachable light fixtures and ceiling fan blades (If reachable with 2 step ladder)
- Dry dust wall art & A/C vents
- Dry dust light switches & door knobs
- Dry dust window sills & window ledges
- Dry dust polish all wood furniture
- Dry dust banisters & handrails
- Clean front door & back door glass Vacuum & mop floors
OPTIONAL ADD-ONS

Clean interior oven – $65 (Adds 1 hour to the cleaning)
Clean interior refrigerator – $90 (Adds 1.5 hours to the cleaning)

Deep Cleaning Checklist
With an deep cleaning, we are able to give the portions of the home that need extra attention the time it needs. We are able to give a second or third round of scrubbing if needed!
Bathrooms
- Clean mirrors (streak-free)
- Wipe all reachable light fixtures
- Wipe down / remove dust from fan
- Wipe cabinet fronts
- Scrub shower & tub (give 2-3 rounds if needed)
- Clean counters (pick things up & clean under them)
- Clean sinks & polish fixtures
- Disinfect toilet & toilet area
- Vacuum bathroom rugs
- Remove trash, replace bags
- Vacuum & mop floor
Kitchen
- Hand wipe all cabinet exteriors
- Wipe all reachable light fixtures
- Wipe backsplash
- Clean microwave (inside & out)
- Clean countertops (picking up all items on the counter & cleaning under them)
- Hand wipe small appliances & other items
- Clean & polish oven exterior
- Clean & polish refrigerator exterior
- Clean & polish stove top
- Clean hood vent
- Clean sink & polish faucets
- Remove trash, replace bag

- Vacuum carpet edges with attachment
- Vacuum living area furniture & crevices
