The cleaning technician assigned to your home will provide all equipment and cleaning products. If you prefer we use your products or vacuum, please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate.
We care about your home and want you to feel comfortable while we are in it. Most of our customers provide us with a key, however you may also leave the key hidden someplace, issue garage codes, house security codes, or make sure someone is home when the team arrives.
719 Cleaning Company is happy to provide our services to you. Most of our customers are not home at the time of service. Of course, you may stay home to watch our team members work if you choose to, but please be considerate and allow them to work without interruption or distraction if possible.
Due to safety and insurance liabilities, our cleaners are unable to move or lift heavy furniture. If you would like us to clean behind large appliances (stove,fridge), or furniture, please move them prior to our arrival.
You can cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a $50 charge. If it is canceled after the cleaners have already arrived then the appointment is subject to full charge of the original price to compensate the cleaners for holding your booking in their schedule.
We will always be friendly to your pets, won’t let them out of your home, and will work around them. However, sometimes pets don’t like strangers in their home, so we kindly ask you to secure large or aggressive pets as appropriate.
Payment is expected at the time of service. We will invoice you via the email you provide in the initial scheduling. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and American Express.

719 Cleaning Company guarantees all work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with any area we've cleaned, just call within 24-hours and we'll re-clean it free of charge.
If your regularly scheduled cleaning happens to fall on a holiday, we will contact you in advance to make arrangements to clean your home on another day that week.
